sketching.

I suppose I should admit that my sketching skill haven't much to be proud of, and I need to improve. But this is a fun cartoon-y sketch I did back stage of what I thought a young Severus Snape woud look like. I've since tried to replicate it, and have sort of failed. But I love his nose. Of course, the eyes are off. Dreadfully off, but whatever! Can't have everything.

stage one

So this is a project that is currently in progress. I'm sorry the pictures aren't more defined, I just took the photos on a whim so I could document my working style. I'm sorry some of them are so blurry, I have bad hands.






So basically what this was was a front panel of a battery recharger from the 90s that I happily revamped. As you can see, I applied white paint liberally, not to mention cut some wires and switched some stuff around. I'm going to do little male nudes in the white sections. I'm not really sure why: but it makes me happy, so I guess that's what's matters! It won't have much meaning to anyone else, but in my eternal quest to be properly male, I might as well incorporate that into my art.

I've uploaded three new songs to my Last.fm account. They're not very good, but you know, I'm willing to share.
